AbstractOil and Gas (MIC: 14.2 SIC: 5171 NAIC: 424710)TEPPCO Partners engages in common carrier pipelines of refined products and liquefied petroleum gases in the U.S. Co. operates in three segments. The downstream segment includes transportation, marketing and storage of refined products, liquefied petroleum gases and petrochemicals. The upstream segment includes gathering, transportation, marketing, and storage of crude oil, and distribution of lubrication oils and specialty chemicals. The midstream segment includes natural gas gathering services, fractionation of natural gas liquids (NGLs) and transportation of NGLs. Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Company, LLC serves as Co.'s general partner and owns a 2.0% general partner interest in Co.
