AbstractOil and Gas (MIC: SIC: 4922 NAIC: 486210)TEPPCO Partners is engaged as a common carrier pipeline of refined products and liquefied petroleum gases (LPGs) in the U.S. Co. operates through three business segments: downstream, which includes transportation, marketing and storage of refined products, LPGs and petrochemicals; upstream, which includes gathering, transportation, marketing, and storage of crude oil, and distribution of lubrication oils and specialty chemicals; and midstream, which includes natural gas gathering services, fractionation of natural gas liquids (NGLs) and transportation of NGLs. Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Co., LLC serves as Co.'s general partner and owns a 2.0% general partner interest in Co.
