Abstract

For a gendered gender-reconfiguration from the identification of gender stereotypes, accurate diagnostic information should be available, with ethical responsibility and precise orientation, which would allow promoting and preventing actions based on the modification of sexist socio-cultural patterns, stigmatization and Gender stereotypes related to discriminatory and non-inclusive living practice. With the most general aim of dynamizing changes on the basis of equity that favor a coherent human balance, starting from the determination of the trend in attention to the stereotypes in the most common gender roles referred to when thinking about each other, Or both, regarding gender discrimination, inequity and inequality, or positions more prone to non-discrimination, gender equality and equality, is why the research was carried out, based on a parameterization of indicators of situation and Need for the most common gender stereotypes reflected by teachers in the Faculty of Education of the Laica University VICENTE ROCAFUERTE of Guayaquil. The exploratory study used a theoretical methodological and empirical statistical body, based on the dialectical conception of qualitative quantity approach. The work that is put to consideration presents the results obtained in the exploratory study that expresses the most common tendencies of the stereotypes in the gender roles, that would allow to the future, the stereotyped sexist modification and the approach to a modeling with support in the training , Through the coordination systems of the people involved. The results of the study are directed from the system of indicators proposed, to the formative intervention that seeks to modify sexist patterns that cause discrimination and gender violence.
