Abstract

The stability of the structural and electrophysical properties of Na0.1K0.1Pb0.8Nb0.2Ti0.4Zr0.4O3 solid solution under thermal cycling in the Curie temperature region has been studied. It has been shown that this solid solution is heterogeneous, and its structure is not stable. During thermal cycling, T c fluctuations are 13 K, c/a varies in the range of 1.015 ÷ 1.014. The heterogeneity of this solid solution can lead to irreproducibility of its electrophysical properties.
