Abstract
Temperature variations of magnetization on Fe 100- x B x amorphous Invar alloys have been measured and analyzed. Using the relation between local magnetic moment and volume-magnetostriction, the magnetovolume coupling constant C was estimated to be c = 1.0x10 -8 cm 6/emu 2, which is in good agreement with the values of crystalline Fe-Ni and Fe-Pt Invar alloys.
