Abstract

This paper investigates the asymptotic behavior of the current correlation function at large distances by means of the expansion constructed by the authors and Isergin; the expansion was performed earlier. The correlation length is calculated for arbitrary coupling constant. In the framework of perturbation theory, the correlation functions of a model were considered in which a perturbation theory was constructed on the basis of successive integration, first over the fast and then over the slow fields, and this theoery was used to investigate the behavior of the correlation functions at large distances.
