Abstract
Specular reflection spectra of polycrystalline samples of tetracyano-quinodimethane (TCNQ) salts with. Cs, threethilammonium (TEA) and tetrathiotetracene (TTT) are investigated in the frequency range 450 to 10000 cm−1 at temperatures from 4.2 to 300 K and of single crystals of TEA(TCNQ)2 at room temperature and 80 K. The temperature dependence of electron-phonon bands and its correlation with electric properties are discussed. [Russian Text Ignored].
