Abstract
In this paper, the resonant spectrum of piezoceramic disk in the frequency range from 1 kHz to 1 MHz is studied by the impedance analysis method. There are totally four vibration modes existed in the measured frequency range. The first one is fundamental radial vibration mode, and then the others are three radial overtone modes with inharmonic frequency separation. With the increasing of temperature, the whole resonant spectrum shift to the higher frequency. The variation of fundamental series resonant frequency fs with temperature is larger than that variation of fundamental parallel resonant frequency fp with temperature. The effective electromechanical coupling factor keff decreased with the increasing of temperature. The effect of temperature to the overtones mode is more obvious than that of fundamental mode.
