Abstract

The Internet's underlying technology is causing a telecommunications revolution far more fundamental than previous shifts and with far greater consequences. In this fast-paced world a bigger company is not necessarily better if it is founded on the economics of the past. The author considers how IP technology is shaking up the telecommunications market. Look for new opportunities and new providers for your voice and data channels.
