Abstract

The quality of human capital formation and the creation of prerequisites for our common future is significantly influenced by the education system. At the same time, the effectiveness of the educational process depends on the internal orientation, motivation and satisfaction with work, as well as the intention of each teacher to work with full dedication and engage in self-improvement. On the part of the management of an educational organization, it is very important to constantly maintain high professional motivation of scientific and pedagogical personnel, the necessary level of their satisfaction with their work and prevent professional "burnout". To do this, it is necessary to use methods of diagnosis and evaluation of motivation. In this article, based on the understanding and generalization of the existing experience, the author describes the main elements of the technology of diagnostics of professional motivation of scientific and pedagogical personnel. The scientific contribution consists in updating the importance of the process of managing professional motivation of scientific and pedagogical personnel, in describing the main tools for assessing its level, developing a blitz questionnaire to identify and assess the significance of factors of job satisfaction, as well as in developing basic measures to increase professional motivation.
