Abstract

The purpose of this work is to identify the quality of work of recreation and recreation organizations for children based on a sociological assessment of parental feedback. The article analyzes the key indicators of the quality of children's recreation and recreation, including the quality of the material and technical base of institutions, the system of ensuring the safety of children, the quality of nutrition and medical care, and others. The regulatory and legal bases for the organization of children's recreation and recreation and the key features of its organization in the regions of the Russian Federation were highlighted. To identify key trends, the results of representative studies conducted by major sociological centers such as VTSIOM, NAFI and others were used. The work is also based on the results obtained by the authors during a sociological study of the organization of recreation and recreation for children, an assessment of the quality and satisfaction with children's recreation, conducted on the basis of the Russian State Social University in the fall of 2023. The participants were selected according to the following criteria: residence in the territory of the Russian Federation, the presence of children /grandchildren aged 7 to 18 years. The most popular formats of children's recreation and recreation, key indicators of the quality of recreational activities for children on vacation were analyzed. According to the results of the study, common methods of working with children in Russian organizations of children's recreation and recreation were identified. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the identification and measurement of key indicators of the quality of child.
