Abstract

Cadastral Delimitation is a series of technical operations which, according to art. 11 of law 7/1996 refer to: 1. Marking the administrative-territorial boundaries with boundary marks; 2. Marking on the field with boundary marks of the inside territory boundaries for each locality; 3. Identification of the real estate goods based on the property deeds or, in the lack of such documents, based on the possession exercised under the title of “owner”; Measurement of land parcels within each administrative-territorial unit, specifying the purpose, category of use, owner; 4. Recording land boundary disputes in cases of conflicts between neighboring owners; 5. Measurements for making and updating cadastral plans. One of the preliminary steps of cadastral delimitation is creating the overview sketch of the administrative territory based on the documentation (maps, existing plans) made available for the executor by the beneficiary – O.J.C.P.I. (fig. 1).
