Abstract

How to obtain a high performing team quickly and effectively is very important in a project management. Communication is most essential part in a project team. In this paper, a method of measuring team performance by dynamic social network analysis is put forward. With dynamic fuzzy social network analysis, we can find the organizational structure of a team, the pattern of communication in a team. Then, the performance of a team can be analyzed by the organizational structure and communication pattern of a team.
