Abstract
The actual policies of higher education are focused on coherent strategies for offering training. It is to observe a drastic change in service training programs by either integrating them into general continuous professional development programs or in terms of responsibilities, methods and delivery of training. The training of employers is more in focus but not widespread or sufficiently elaborated in Romania yet. The development of communication skills in foreign languages is still important.Therefore teacher are supposed to prepare future PR specialists to be both very good communicators and to have very good skills in acting inside a multinational company.
