Abstract
ABSTRACTThis article reviews the content and methodology of the school geography curriculum in Slovenia as it relates to the regional geography of Europe. A comparison is made between the current curriculum and that of the communist period, and consideration given to how geography should be taught in the twenty-first century in a way which addresses contemporary needs and concerns.
