When managers and organizational staff first learn to manage their own feelings, they can more easily understand the feelings of other occupations and managers and can empathize and understand others’ feelings. Therefore, since there is a synergy in the organization, burnout and organizational conflicts can leave the place to peace and productivity in the organization.
