Abstract
Many patients with critical limb ischemia (CLI) require limbs amputation when conventional therapeutic options fail or are not indicated, particularly patients with collagen disease-associated vasculitis (CDV). Augmenting new blood vessel formation is an important way to salvage ischemic tissue.
