Abstract
Nghiên cứu dựa trên bộ dữ liệu điều tra doanh nghiệp Việt Nam trong giai đoạn 2015 - 2019 với 7,260 doanh nghiệp lĩnh vực chế biến chế tạo và thông qua mô hình hồi quy dữ liệu bảng tác động cố định vững để điều tra tác động của liên kết xuôi với doanh nghiệp FDI đến năng suất lao động ngành công nghệ chế biến, chế tạo Việt Nam dựa trên góc độ đổi mới công nghệ. Kết quả, mua công nghệ từ doanh nghiệp FDI cho thấy tác động tích cực đến năng suất. Từ đó, một số hàm ý chính sách được đề ra nhằm tăng năng suất lao động của ngành.
