His book, Tasmanian Tiger , is purely informative and presents summaries of different viewpoints rather than intensive arguments. His target audience is the general public rather than the scientific community. In Tasmanian Tiger , a map of Tasmania precedes the title page and table of contents. There is a brief preface and acknowledgements, followed by 15 chapters. Each chapter begins with a quotation, cited to a name and place, but unfortunately without date.
