Abstract
Open logistics service platform based on computer evaluation system integrates the information resource of various logistics subsystem, utilizes analysis and evaluation function of information system to provide the best specific logistics solution for customer within the platform. In addition, the platform also updates the all the information by computer system in the logistic process and provides a appraise System in order to make the customer much easier to choose a better logistics servicer. This paper analyzed the open logistics service platforms functions and characteristics and established the target cost incentive model.
