Abstract
Quality of colon cleansing is an important factor in performing quality colonoscopy. Split dose Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) solutions have been shown to improve colon cleansing compared to whole dose regimens. Previously studied split dose PEG regimens require additional agents and/or arduous early morning wakeups & have not been assessed in Veterans Affairs (VA) patients (pts) who represent a high risk, under-screened cohort shown to be in poorer health than the general population.
