Abstract

The purpose of the study is a systemic analysis of the mechanisms of actualization of the therapeutic effects of transcranial magnetic therapy and phytocomplex in the treatment of patients with arterial hypertension. When studying the mechanism of action of physical factors, the emphasis was placed on the analysis of the dynamics of hormonal regulation of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. A systemic analysis using the correlation adaptometry technique revealed that the integrating indicator for the studied metabolic parameters is the insulin resistance index, which most correlated with other parameters. In addition, it was found that in patients with arterial hypertension, the multiple correlation coefficient (in all parameters) was significantly higher than in healthy volunteers. During the application of combined physiotherapy, the role of the insulin resistance index as the center of the pathological correlation pleiade significantly decreased, which was accompanied by a pronounced hypotensive effect.
