Abstract

A method is proposed for the design of switched-capacitor filters (SCFs) from analogue RLC filters (ARF) via the linear transformation (LT) and the equivalent voltage-controlled source transformation (EVCST). Seven basic building blocks are described for the design of any general SCF. The method is especially well suited for the design of bandpass and lowpass SCFs. An example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the technique.
