Abstract

The article shows that at the present moment of reforming education it is required not only to preserve the level of children's health, but, on the basis of systematic organization, to form students’ responsibility in relation to their health, the ability to design an individual trajectory for the development of their health based on the skills of self-recovery, self-regulation and health-building. Preservation and strengthening of students’ health is our most important and priority activity. Therefore, teachers must form in children deep scientific understanding of the essence of healthy lifestyle. The work on the formation of health-creating environment must begin from childhood, filling the new environment not only with health-creating objects and technologies, but also with real examples of adherence to healthy lifestyle. It is important to form healthy thinking in a child, the ability to regulate activities, based on the principles of health benefits. School must be considered not only as a social environment, but also as a space from the point of view of human health. The culture of a healthy and safe lifestyle is a conscious daily fulfillment of health-creating norms and rules, the ability to foresee the risks and results of one's actions on one's own health and those around it. It is necessary to be able to motivate yourself and others to lead a healthy lifestyle.
