Abstract
Abstract Supporting engineering processes requires a managerial approach as well. The usability and acceptance of the related procedures, tools, and software can significantly influence the performance of the company. The paper presents a case study of project management administration software at a multinational company. System Usability Scale was used to explore the satisfaction of the development experts in the field. The results show the need to develop the software and procedures, especially in the design of the administration process, to boost the engineering work.
