Abstract
This paper describes a system simulation which operates in non real-time to provide full closed-loop operation of the ground based multifunction phased array radar simulation system (MFRSS) in support of ballistic missile defence experiments against countermeasure. This system simulation provides capability to evaluate the system performance of multifunction phased array radar, and key algorithms verification and validation such as target modelling, multi- target imaging, target recognition and resource scheduling.
