Abstract

This paper is dedicated to research in logistics tasks decision making support area. The goal of the research is minimalizing of time and cost for decision making support in logistics business processes of manufacture enterprise taking according quality management methods. The subject of the research is logistics business processes in manufacture enterprise management. For obtaining the results, systems analysis methods were used to develop a procurement system management model; algebra of languages and algebra of algorithms for describing the sequence of solving local procurement management problems, methods of full-factor experiment for estimation of environment influence to logistic chain components. Business processes in manufacture enterprise management taking into account quality control are represented. The system model of decision making support including logistics processes and quality management tasks is offered. These model components are subscribed by algebra of algorithms equations taking into account business processes as stations and processes results as transfer conditions. The considered model takes into account methods of quality management in conditions of required resources, risks of success execution and deadline.
