Abstract
AbstractNASA recognizes that it must fundamentally change the way it does business, especially during the early phases of a project life cycle, to be successful. A structured system engineering culture is one of the essential ingredients without which NASA may not be effective past the end of the century. Compatibility and improvement of System Engineering processes is the charter of the System Engineering Process Improvement Team (SEPIT) which will be discussed in this paper.
