AbstractRetail ‐ Food & Beverage (MIC: SIC: 5141 NAIC: 424410)Sysco through its subsidiaries and divisions, is engaged in the marketing and distribution of food and related products primarily to the foodservice or “food‐prepared‐away‐from‐home” industry such as restaurants, healthcare and educational facilities, lodging establishments and other foodservice customers. The products that Co. distributes include meats, fully prepared entrees, fruits, vegetables and desserts; canned and dry foods; fresh meats; dairy products; beverage products; imported specialties; and fresh produce. Co. also supplies disposable napkins, plates and cups; china and silverware; pots, pans and utensils; restaurant and kitchen equipment and supplies; and cleaning supplies.
