Abstract
CoP nanowires are transformed to 0D Z-scheme CoP/NGQDs heterojunctions in the present of NGQDs, which exhibit the currently highest POE rate on the molecule (350 μmol g−1 h−1) due to the generation of a new excited state of (CoP+·NGQDs−)*.
