Abstract
In this manuscript, high fluorescent copper nanomaterials were synthesized based on T (30) base as template. The excitation wavelength of copper nanomaterials is 311 nm and the emission wavelength is 404 nm. The size range is 2–6 nm, the average size is about 4 nm. Divalent manganese ion can selectively quench the fluorescence of copper nanomaterials. Therefore, copper nanomaterials can be used to selectively detect manganese ions, the detection limit is 1 mM and the correlation coefficient is 0.9772. At the same time, When the temperature is between 25 °C and 55 °C, the linear relationship of fluorescence strength of copper nanoparticles is great, which shows great potential in the application of nano-thermometers.
