Abstract
Reliable quantum dots are prerequisite to the development of quantum device assembly. It may serve as a single photon source that can be combined with the rest of the assembly for the delivery of the generated photon. This article briefly introduces the synthesis, development and evaluation technologies of high-quality quantum dots. Their applications in display and illumination areas in the form of remote components will also be briefly introduced.
