Abstract

The effect of Tantalum pentoxide (Ta2O5 – Photothermal material) with doped in stannic oxide (SnO2) – Silver (Ag) salts in microstructure expansion to the broad of solar absorption based on thermal stability has been recently attracted significant interest. The efficiency of Ta2O5 in already low additions is 0.05% and reduced in porosity in improving the support of dielectric permittivity increase of SnO2– Ag to development of the methods. The Ta2O5 with doping of SnO2– Ag analysis of Rietveld in the absorption of the crystal structure has been analyzed and studied. The optical properties are improved in addition to the materials and can be an analysis of SEM, TEM to blast compared to the structure. It is a highlight of the possibility for an effective nanoparticles range of 9.7 nm. The nanocomposite films are coated by the solar box cooker and improved the spectrally selective in bar plate temperature in thermally stable above of 398°F, achieved in experimentally. The design is a good performance implementation of environmental control to civilization.
