Abstract

In this article, the method of stepwise acidification, gradually charging and ion exchange was employed for synthesizing tungsten vanadium aluminum heteropoly acid catalysts and heteropoly acids-glycine supramolecules. These novel products were further characterized through chemical analysis, IR, UV-Vis absorbance spectra, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The catalytic properties of these supramolecules were tested and prove the superior catalytic activity than most existing heteropoly acids.
