Abstract

In this paper we reported the synthesis of four different heterocyclic amines was utilized and treated with 4-Methylumbelliferone coupling component in acidic medium at 0-5°C. The synthesized azo compounds were characterized by various spectroscopic techniques such as IR, (1H & 13C) NMR, UV-Visible and Mass spectrometry. Further, all the synthesized azo compounds were screened for various biological activities such as antimicrobial, anti-tuberculosis, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and DNA cleavage studies and results revealed that, all the compounds shown potential activity towards the tested pathogenic strains. Parameters drug-likeness and ADMET properties are calculated.
