Abstract
Abstract Ferrites are also termed as Ferrimagnetic ionic crystalline materials, with general formula MFe2 O4. Depend on the particle size, ferrite shows significant applications in the wide area. We have prepared Cr doped Zn Ferrite by co-precipitation method. The prepared ferrite materials were confirmed by XRD analysis. The XRD data confirms the formation spinal phase structure and by applying the debye scherrer formula, the particle was found in the nano range. The temperature dependent DC electrical conductivity was studied. The obtained result shows materials have semiconductor behaviour with the rise of temperature.
