Abstract
Flower-like ZnS or ZnS:Cu2+ nanostructures were prepared in aqueous solution via H2S diffusion procedure. The morphology of products can be controlled by adjusting the growth time or concentration of Cu2+. A bit of Wurtzite phase attributed to the high surface energy has been found with X-ray diffraction. The strong photoluminescence emission centered at 368nm. XRD, HR-TEM, EDS map and FTIR all confirm that Cu2+ was doped in ZnS lattice.
