« Syngué Sabour. Pierre de Patience » : La question du genre et la traduction

Abstract

<p class="Keyword"><span lang="FR">Our
 research will examine the issue of gender in the novel “Syngué Sabour. Pierre
 de Patience” written by Atiq Rahimi and the novel "Batu Kesabaran"
 translated by Feybe I Mokoginta. Atiq Rahimi as the author describes all the
 anger, sadness, disappointment that affects not only the women of Afghanistan,
 particularly in the Taliban regime, but also the suffering of other women
 outside Afghanistan. We will examine how the Franco-Afghan author elaborates
 the concept of the existence of women, including conflict, oppression and anger
 of women in Afghanistan. In the first section, we will discuss the concept of
 women in Afghanistan and Indonesia, as well as the presence of women in social,
 cultural and religious life in Afghanistan and Indonesia, and in the second
 part, we will see how Indonesian translator Feybe I Mokoginta translates all
 the words spoken by women into the Indonesian language.</span><span lang="FR"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
