Abstract
Rapid development in the manufacturing industry is very crucial. Consequently Cloud manufacturing has been proposed and becomes a very hot topic. Cloud manufacturing is a new concept, in which the modern manufacturing industry is changing towards the global manufacturing era. There are various types of functions like scalable and sustainable, service-oriented manufacturing systems, process layout, Improve productivity, Energy monitoring, and analysis etc., those all will lead to the globally distributed. Now with all recently emerged technologies such as the Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Semantic Web, service-oriented technologies, Industry 4.0 etc., have high-performance computing technologies with advanced manufacturing techniques and information technologies. Here the Cloud Manufacturing has been highlighted for research interest and various types of applications during recent years, by industrial and academic fields. After an extensive survey of the literature review it will present an up-to-date literature review together with outstanding research problems and future scope through these directions.
