Abstract
In this paper, as a further generalization of ideals, we introduce the notion of symmetric bi-interior ideal as a generalization of symmetric quasi ideal, symmetric bi-ideal and symmetric interior ideal of symmetric semigroup and study the properties of symmetric bi-interior ideals of symmetric semigroup and simple symmetric semigroup.
