Abstract

In the present study, an integrated and flexible device was designed for the electrochemical analysis of biomarkers in human sweat, providing a new method for non-invasive glucose monitoring. At present, sweat-based glucose monitoring still faces many challenges. For example, changes in the environmental temperature can cause changes in glucose oxidase activity. This device uses multiple sensors for glucose sensing based on the real-time correction of pH and temperature measurement values, which can improve the accuracy of the detection results. Moreover, the efficiency of the sweat sensing process can be improved through the miniaturization of the sensor. This device provides a novel solution for the non-invasive sweat-based and real-time monitoring of glucose.
