Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.The coordinated development of basin economy and marine economy is not only necessary, but also has the objective basis of the coordinated development. This paper discusses the coordinated development of basin economy and ocean economy from the perspective of basin economy. Taking the basis and effect of basin ocean economic linkage development as well as the Yangtze River economic belt as an example, this paper analyzes and calculates the correlation degree. It is pointed out that the correlation between basin economy and marine economy with the correlation between marine tertiary industry and basin tertiary industry are very high. The correlation between marine main industry and basic basin secondary industry are relative high. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of basin ocean economy.
