(eds.), Advances in Water Resources, Environmental Protection, and Sustainable Development. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 115, pp. 56-59. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.The Global Ocean Financial Center is the center of the global ocean development system or an important organization node in the world ocean city network system. Judging from the emergence and development of internationally well-known financial centers, the conditions for the establishment of financial centers should first be a spontaneous need after the local economy develops to a certain extent, and must have considerable strength and foundation. Under the background of the new normal of economic and social development, marine economy has become a new growth point to promote China's economic development. The support of financial industry plays an important role in the development of marine economy. There is a symbiotic growth relationship between marine economy and marine finance. The pressure of economic development and the reality of financial backwardness require China to carry out comprehensive and deep financial reform as soon as possible, and then promote and guide the establishment and development of many financial centers at all levels, including the world level, international regional level, national level and domestic regional level.
