Abstract
The presentation of an unicornuate uterus with functional horn obstruction is rare and has the potential to cause pain, endometriosis and pelvic adhesions. Most often, functional horns require surgical excision, which can be safely performed laparoscopically. The objective of this video is to highlight the laparoscopic techniques utilized to excise a functional horn associated with an unicornuate uterus.
