Abstract
Lipoma of the mediastinum accounts for 1.6–2.3% of the primary formed mediastinal lumps.The size of this neoplasmless than 5 cm in 80% of cases and more than 10 cm in less than 1% of cases. Mediastinal lipomas are more common than subcutaneous lipomas.In a patient who applied to the Department of Thoracic and Vascular Surgery of the Bukhara Regional Multidisciplinary Medical Center, the chest was divided into thin soft tissue barriers with a clear border on the thoracic cavity in the Multislice CTexamination. fat tissue density -95 -118 HU, dimensions 29.8x25.6x14.9 cm, a giant neoplasmoccupying the lungs was identified
