Abstract
Surface polarons are observed in Voigt configuration cyclotron resonance in inversion layers on InSb. From the experiments we can deduce, that only the form of the electron wave function is important for the surface polaron effect. Screening of the electron-optical phonon interaction and influence of interface or two-dimentional optical phonons are not found.
