Abstract

About 36 million adults in the United States have accrued some college credits but have not yet earned a degree. Degrees When Due, an initiative out of the Institute for Higher Education Policy, a non‐profit nonpartisan research and advocacy organization, looks to empower campuses by offering them tools to help degree reclamation efforts at institutions.
