Abstract

The phases that comprise the supply chain are the acquisition of primary materials, distribution, manufacturing, and, ultimately, delivery to the customer. To ensure performance improvement is sustained, the industry must determine the extent to which its industrial supply chain performance requires examination and improvement. The objective of the case study was PT. KTC, the preeminent plywood enterprise in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, implemented Supply Chain Management to control material flow. Supply chain operations are comprised of the supply chain operation reference (SCOR), which is composed of the following five key management processes: planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivering, and returning. The procedure utilised to analyse the performance measurement in this research was the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). As indicated by the study, the KTC supply chain is deemed to be of good overall effectiveness, with a score of 75.21. The volume of consumer complaints, product replacement, and product repair are three aspects of supply chain performance that necessitate improvement due to the deployment of AHP weighting. Modifications to these measures are necessary to optimise the supply chain operations of KTC.
