Abstract

<p>PDF file, 353K, Supplemental Figure S1: Mammary tumors induce significant changes in granulocyte and monocyte numbers in mice. Supplemental Figure S2: 4T1 tumor development is associated with impaired BM myelopoiesis and erythropoiesis, and disrupts the BM hematopoietic stem/progenitor compartment. Supplemental Figure S3. Melanoma tumor development is not associated with impaired BM erythropoiesis and does not disrupt the BM hematopoietic stem/progenitor compartment. Supplemental Figure S4. Mammary tumor conditioned media significantly expands hematopoietic progenitors in BM cultures supplemented with GM-CSF and identification of relevant cytokines produced by MT-1 cells for hematopoietic progenitor expansion. Supplemental Figure S5. Mammary tumor conditioned media increases hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation and decreases LSK death in in vitro BM cultures supplemented with FLT3L or GM-CSF. Supplemental Figure S6: Mammary tumor-conditioned media (MT-1-CM) is associated with changes in histone modifying protein expression and histone methylation.
