Abstract

The study focuses on theoretical and application contexts of a Supervisory Board of a limited liability company in the Slovak law and order. The author not only takes into consideration the theoretical and legal segmentation, she also allows for its application dimension, especially in relation to competence of company executives and the General Meeting. In this regard she uses arguments of respected professionals from the field of Czech and Slovak professional literature, incorporates her own findings determined by her previous scientific and pedagogical activities and based on all this she presents her interpretation of selected aspects that can be considered as principal aspects of the corporation law.
